Our successful CMI recognised programme is designed to focus on personal development. The programme is also beneficial for emerging talent within the organisation and for those who have no past training opportunities. Each of the workshops give an introduction into the topic area both theoretical and practical.

We all have an awareness of exceptional service because we are all customers. This workshop enables you to fully appreciate the impact of exceptional customer service in creating loyal customers and quality service and the methods that can be used for achieving this. This is an interactive session, which utilises shared experiences and research. These skills are essential no matter what industry you are hoping to go into, you will always have a customer whether they are external or internal to your organisation.
N.B. This workshop can be booked individually if certification is not required under CMI or alternatively 5 workshops for 1 employee plus CMI Certification can be booked for £805.
