Course Aim:
The session aims to provide an overview of how to create and set objectives, targets and KPI's and how to develop a balanced scorecard to monitor and track KPI's.
Target Audience:
Team leaders, supervisors and developing team members who are unfamiliar with the need or tools required to work strategically, in line with the organisations goals and objectives.
