Terms and Conditions


  1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your information on this website form, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not submit your information on this form.

  1. Training Course and Assessment

As part of this IEMA registration process, you will be required to attend the training course and sit an end of course on-line assessment. Your place on this training course is being provided free of charge, in association with Pen Y Cymoedd Community Fund. However, if you do not complete the training course and assessment, you will not be able to complete your registration and you will be charged a fee.

  1. Fee

The fee for failing to complete the training course and assessment is £74

  1. Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for fees incurred as a result of failing to complete the training course and assessment.

  1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the training course and assessment materials are owned by BPI Consultancy Limited and/or IEMA. You agree not to copy, distribute, or modify the training course or assessment materials in any way.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996. The arbitrator appointed will be jointly agreed by both parties.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom - England & Wales.
