BPI has become the only training provider in Wales and one of only 11 in the whole of the UK who are licensed to deliver the IOSH Fire Safety for Managers course.
Senior Trainer, Mark Adams, said "I am delighted that BPI has demonstrated its ability to meet the required standard of knowledge and expertise to be awarded a license to deliver this course. The standards of training on IOSH accredited courses is very high and I'm sure that many organisations will benefit from being able to access this training."
BPI has partnered with IOSH (The Institution of Occupational Safety & Health) for a number of years and already delivers the Managing Safely and Working Safely accredited training courses.
IOSH believes that "A sustainable, workplace, fire safety culture is based on a shared set of positive attitudes, knowledge, perceptions and beliefs about fire prevention and fire protection. An important step to achieving such a culture is to get the buy-in of managers, supervisors and team leaders."
Fire Safety for Managers is designed to do just that.
