It has applications in virtually every sector. In the world of work, it is key for leadership and staff development, particularly within change programmes as well as in talent and management programmes.
|Prior to this session delegates will be required to complete an electronic Mental Toughness Questionnaire. During the session delegates will reflect on Goal Orientations and Achievement Orientation.|
|Concluding with Rob Howley, Senior Assistant Coach with Rugby Canada will share qualities of mentally tough athletes along with successful strategies of mental toughness. Rob has 12 years experience of being involved with elite performance teams.
Following on from the course on an alternative day delegates will have a 1 to 1 coaching session with the trainer to go through their profile & feedback from their Mental Toughness Questionnaire.
