Course Aim:
- This programme is designed to support apprentices and early-career employees in building the essential skills, confidence, and workplace awareness needed to thrive in the first stages of their careers. Through a series of engaging and practical workshops, participants will develop core business and interpersonal skills, helping them successfully transition into the workplace and grow into confident, effective team members and future leaders.

This programme is ideal for:
- Apprentices across all levels and sectors
- Employees within their first 2–3 years in the workplace
- Individuals entering work with limited prior training or formal qualifications
- Early-career employees starting to take on more responsibility
- Aspiring or new team leaders looking to build confidence and capability

- This workshop helps participants better understand themselves, their strengths, behaviours, and areas for growth.
- Focuses on building confident and respectful communication skills.

- Introduces the key behaviours, attitudes, and expectations needed to succeed in a professional environment.
